Prof. Tao Liu of Southwest Jiaotong University presented “Integrated Transit Timetable Coordination Design and Vehicle Scheduling for Efficient MaaS Service.” The talk introduced integrated optimization models for multimodal public transport timetabling and vehicle scheduling, with case studies demonstrating managerial insights for seamless mobility in the MaaS era.

The oral presentation session featured Ziheng Yue from Southwest Jiaotong University on the intelligent design of railway sanding devices; Yongkang Zhou from Zhongyuan University of Technology on MC-DETR for lightweight industrial defect detection; and Qianyi Zhu from Southwest Jiaotong University on ultrasonic brake-pipe leak imaging under rail underbody reflections.

The poster exhibition covered a wide range of topics, including integrated visual–thermal comfort evaluation for metro carriages using AHP-TOPSIS; cross-driver driving behavior recognition based on vehicle speed and inertial feature fusion; dynamic thermal comfort along sequential metro passenger routes using a Thermal Response Concentration Index; multi-agent simulation of urban rail transit delay propagation; and axle-box vibration degradation prediction for high-speed train condition monitoring via prefix-informed Wiener–Bayes drift correction.

ICRTT 2026 provided an international platform for sharing research findings, technical solutions, and application experiences in rail transit and transportation. The conference concluded with thanks to the keynote speakers, oral presenters, poster authors, participants, and the supporter, Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
